As a result of the College’s ongoing expansion, scholarship opportunities have been made available to its students for those who meet the necessary criteria. In order to guarantee that the deserving students receive an excellent education, this is one of the College’s most important goals.

The purpose of the St Clares Scholarship Application is to provide monetary assistance to students so that they may continue to develop their leadership skills.

The College provides many opportunities for personal growth, and the Scholarship is one of those opportunities. It is important to remember that the Principal bestows all scholarships in order to guarantee that all awards are legitimate. At this time, the institution is accepting applications for scholarships; however, you will need to meet certain requirements and submit an application in order for the school to evaluate your eligibility and qualifications.

The College strongly recommends that you do not submit your St Clares Scholarship application without including all of the necessary supporting materials.

Eligibility for St Clares Scholarship Application
Only students aged 11 and 12 are eligible to receive funding via this scholarship program. This opportunity encompasses a broad variety of different scholarships options, they are:

Arts and culture St Clares Scholarship Application
The College provides financial assistance in the form of scholarships to incoming students as well as current students who have shown exceptional academic performance in the field of Arts and Culture. Those who were selected for the position would be required to get a degree in the arts at the tertiary level and take part in college performances if they wanted to keep it.

This scholarship will pay 50% of the school costs, including the college levies for years 11 and 12, as long as they are submitted. This scholarship does not cover additional costs such as field trips costing more than $25, formal tickets, or uniforms of any kind, amongst other things.

Principal’s St Clares Scholarship Application

A principal’s Scholarship is awarded to a current or incoming student who demonstrates exceptional academic success and advancement but whose circumstances prohibit them from continuing their education at the College. The student may be either a returning or a new student.

This scholarship will pay their tuition charge in its whole, including any levies that may be applicable, particularly for Years 11 and 12. It is important to note that none of the supplemental or recurrent costs, such as those for field trips, the formal, uniforms, or anything else of the kind, may be covered by this scholarship.

It is a prerequisite that the student’s guardians or parent(s) complete the concession documentation supplied by the College, which you can acquire from the Accounts Department. This step in the application process for the scholarship must be completed in order for the student to be considered.

Health and physical education St Clares Scholarship Application


Students who have showed exceptional talent in the field of Health and Physical Education are eligible to receive financial assistance from the college in the form of scholarships. Applicants who are selected must demonstrate that they are capable of competing at an elite level in their sport and either represent the College or an external sports club at a senior level.

The College expects this student to act as a good representative for the institution, serve as a mentor or coach to junior athletic teams, and help with the organization of College sports events. The student is expected to continue to maintain a good academic level while simultaneously taking part in the sport of their choice and engaging in a tertiary program.

This scholarship will pay fifty percent of the school expenses, including the College Levies for Years 11 and 12, as long as the applicant maintains a satisfactory academic record. Faith and community St Clares Scholarship Application


The candidate who is chosen must have a history of being engaged in the college’s religious and spiritual activities in order to be considered. This indicates that they must not be found wanting to participate in College Masses, Year level liturgies and reflection days, and they must also help junior students in their faith journey.

The senior package includes a requirement that the successful applicant must also complete a major in Religion study at the tertiary level; however, these requirements do not cost anything.

Requirements Needed To Be Considered For The St Clares Scholarship Scholarship

  • A card for health care coverage
  • Card for a Retirement Pension
  • Notice of Assessment for Taxes Owed for the Most Recent Year
  • All bank statements (in either the parent’s or guardian’s name) showing all of the balances for the past four (4) weeks must be provided.
  • Pay stubs from both parents should be presented as evidence that child support payments have been made (if applicable)
  • The Family Assistance Office’s statement of income

 

 

Criteria to meet and qualifications to apply for Senior Scholarships

 

  • Applicants are required to affirm that they will continue their education at the College through Years 11 and 12, otherwise their application will be denied.
  • The candidates in records are anticipated to achieve high levels of academic success.
  • They are required to provide their word that they would support the College’s values and comply by its regulations.
  • It is likely that they have a history of punctuality and attendance that has been quite strong.
  • There is no evidence that you have ever violated the policies and procedures of the College in the past. The College will take this information into consideration when deciding whether or not to provide the applicant a chance to receive a scholarship.
  • Applicants are required to exhibit leadership qualities and provide support to other students enrolled in the College.

 


Instructions for submitting St Clares Scholarship Application

It is required that you present the College with a portfolio detailing your past and current accomplishments, which should include the following:

  • Copies of student reports from the most recent two years of schooling
  • Your NAPLAN results, as well as the results of any other external tests or competitions you’ve participated in.
  • Personal statement or essay (300 words) describing your background and experience working in the strength area (or areas) of your skills or talents.
  • Provide evidence that you have contributed to ongoing school programs, including any extracurricular activities in which you have participated.
  • statements made by referees in support of claims.

 


Deadline for St Clares Scholarship Application


The Scholarship does not accept new applications after the deadline, which is somewhere between March and May of each year.
